Sales Order Processor, Farnborough GU14, £25k to £27k DOE + full benefits

My client is a global award-winning SaaS provider with an exceptional revenue rate, ambitious growth plans, and an exciting work culture.

As part of their growth they are now looking for a Sales Order Processing Generalist to join the Customer Operations team overseeing the European region.

Role and responsibilities

  • Processing all incoming sales orders in the CRM
  • Processing all incoming Self-serve orders in the CRM
  • Up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide usage reports where appropriate on request
  • Manage admin against customer subscriptions (such as ownership changes)
  • Manage billing changes for Resellers/Distributors
  • Assisting with first line customer queries when passed from other departments
  • Document sales process/common queries in Confluence (shared workspace software)
  • Ensuring CRM data remains up to date (merge, updating account details)
  • Email queries by customers and finance relating to orders

Requirements

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in a Sales Admin role in an IT/SaaS environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous
