Customer Account Executive, Fleet GU51, £23k to £26k DOE + benefits

Customer service is at the heart of what they do and now they have an exciting opportunity for a client-centric, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Account Executive to join their thriving team.

As a Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and have outstanding communication skills to provide support with a proactive and solution-orientated service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with your clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries
  • Proactively reviewing your client’s accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email and live chat
  • Utilise recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance
  • Providing personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers
  • Working collaboratively with other departments including our sales team to improve client experience and retention

Requirements

  • Previous B2B customer service or account management experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record working towards targets or deadlines.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity and confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner
  • Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening
  • Commercially driven with demonstrable experience of adding value to assigned accounts
  • Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail
  • IT literate, including MS office with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently
