Customer service is at the heart of what they do and now they have an exciting opportunity for a client-centric, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Account Executive to join their thriving team.
As a Customer Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own assigned client accounts and have outstanding communication skills to provide support with a proactive and solution-orientated service.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with your clients regularly to provide support and assistance with any queries
- Proactively reviewing your client’s accounts to ensure that they are utilising all aspects effectively and achieving the best results
- Liaising with clients via phone, email and live chat
- Utilise recruitment data to provide clients with individualised feedback on market trends and their account performance
- Providing personalised training sessions for client onboarding and ongoing refreshers
- Working collaboratively with other departments including our sales team to improve client experience and retention
Requirements
- Previous B2B customer service or account management experience in a professional, fast-paced environment, with a proven track record working towards targets or deadlines.
- A positive attitude with the ability to have engaging conversations and to communicate with empathy, integrity and confidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional telephone manner
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Commercially driven with demonstrable experience of adding value to assigned accounts
- Able to multi-task effectively with a high level of attention to detail
- IT literate, including MS office with the ability to navigate multiple systems competently
